thetxdiva 20 Posted August 8, 2012 Increase your Protein intake! My surgeon told me if you don't intake the proper amount of nutrients you will lose hair! I was told I should be intaking 60-80 grams of protein a day. Protein and Vitamins are extremely important!! Just monitor your intake! I drink Gladiator by smoothie King! 45 grams of protein!!! 180 calories, less than a gram of carb, less than 2 grams of sugar.
