I work out Mon-Thu! I had joined my fitness pal! I take in about 1570cal a day, I just had my 3rd fill last tue! and I feel I can eat more than I can with this 3rd fill.

I had filled tighter with the 2nd fill.

IMO that seems like a lot of calories. I still (2 yrs post band) average 1,000 a day.

we all get stuck a a weight sometimes..I was banded 12/19/11, I down 65 pounds. I only lost 2 pounds since my last fill in May. I just had another fill this past thrusday and I down 5 pounds since then. Get your Protein in, Water and reduce stress. Stress can do crazy things to you body. I know how you feel. hang in there. try to get at least 80 grams of Protein each day. cut the calories, at least down to 1300. I think that will help you.

give us a days menu. that might help to figure this out. sometime we are eating things that we don't realize are not such a good idea or too much fat, salt or sugar.

Keep us updated!

If you can eat as much as you say, you should wait about 2 weeks beyond your last fill and schedule another. Be very careful though. Tight restriction can sneak up on you just like that.

And what are you eating? Are you eating like a green zone bandster or are you eating like a bandster hell bandster?

You must follow the guidelines to find restriction. If you are eating slider and banned foods, you won't lose weight. Just saying.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
