muelle 64 Posted August 6, 2012 It is very normal I have been able to feel mine since I was about a week post op. On the plus side, it should be easier when you go in for a fill Good luck to you! 1 ddrobins reacted to this
ddrobins 58 Posted August 6, 2012 I can't feel mine either. Don't care as long as Dr. can find it. I sure don't want to have to worry about bumping it ..I think it is still underneath a lot of fat. Muell, you look great.....I'd like to hear your story.!!! 1 muelle reacted to this
Lannae 46 Posted August 6, 2012 I cant feel it either!! It is funny where I thought was my port area, and I was always holding it, and feeling it, was not where my port is!!
DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted August 6, 2012 Very normal. I couldn't feel mine until a couple months after surgery when I started to lose some of the belly fat.
muelle 64 Posted August 6, 2012 I need to go back to kindergarten I just re-read the original post and see that Mama Mama said she "can't" feel her port, not that she "can" feel it lol. Sorry for the mis read, my post probably didn't make sense, but like everyone else has said, it is normal to not feel your port as well I have seen many posts on here with the same concern, so you are not alone
MemphisFan 18 Posted August 6, 2012 Ugh I am so jealous that you can't feel your port. Mine is always pooching out and I graze it with my arm while I am walking. One of my teacher friends noticed that I put my left hand over it when I am tired or hungry, like a worry stone!
