I just wanted to chat before I sleep and say thank you to all who have given me sound advice/tips on the band. I thank you for being supportive to me as well.

My surgery will start Monday Aug 6 at 1:30pm. Hope to check in when I can.

just go and take a nap and wake up.

use the meds they give you (drink/sip as much as you can)..do not worry about weight or anything. that will come ......you need to focus on healing and feeling better.
