Hi Everyone!

I am in the purée phase post op. I was looking through my hand book and can't find the calorie count for this period. Does anyone know? Thanks!

From what I've gathered through different posts on here, it looks like around 1200 calories a day...It's hard to hit most days!! Congrats on your surgery...welcome to the club

Every surgeon has their own ideas and opinions, however I simply tried to stick within the nutritional guidelines my nutritionist gave me for all stages, including liquids and mushies.

My surgeon is more concerned with grams of Protein. Is anyone else? 70 grams of protein daily, having a hard time getting in the 50's.
