Thank you!!! Yes.. About 8 lbs but I'm not doing full liquid. A few days before I'll do it hard then the day before is Clear liquids. How far are you on this journey?

I got my approval from insurance Monday. I have surgery August 16. The same week I start school of course. This is my first day of fasting. How much weight do you want to lose during this journey?

I have a lot to lose in total... But some ppl said they lost 20-30 lbs the first month... That's amazing!!!
