You're not hungry for four or five hours. Then you can't eat but a little bit. It's a great feeling until you don't have it anymore. I had to have a 3 cc unfill this week and I didn't realize how great the green zone was until I wasn't in it anymore.

I had surgery June 13th and have 4.5cc's in my band and right now I get hungry about every 4 hrs depending on how much Protein I eat in each meal. I know this isn't the "green zone" right? Sometimes when I'm up at night like around 11:00 pm I get hungry and I have to eat deli sliced ham, like 2 or 3 slices or turkey. Tonight for dinner I had Subway, a 3" sub but could only eat 2" of it, yes I can still tolerate bread but chew it really well. I made sure it had plenty of turkey on it for Protein. Thanks for posting, I've always wondered what the green zone felt like too.

I got a fill on Mon. taking me to 6cc and I think I have found it finally. I don't feel tight, but three or four forks of chicken and I am done. Also, I have started the last two days with a Protein Drink just to test the waters, greek yogurt for lunch and them light dinner. NO HUNGER all day. I have to eat slower (mistake I've made in the past), but it is just great for now.

Last week I got a 2cc fill making it a total of 7cc's. Before that I could eat almost anything, as much as I wanted. Since the fill if I don't chew well things really hurt going down like they are stuck. I can't eat as much, and some things get stuck and really hurt. It puts the fear in me like in the beginning to watch everything I put in my mouth, and chew chew chew.
