hmd 7 Posted August 1, 2012 So banded one month tomorrow, meeting daily Protein, getting as much Fluid in as possible but I have been so tired and almost lethargic it's getting in the way of enjoying my almost 30lb weight loss. Considered taking a stab at some excercise but then I figure I'll have to eat more! I'm never ever really hungry anymore so I don't think I could. jen_1381 446 Posted August 1, 2012 When I least feel like working out is when I need it the most. It gives you this weird energy afterwards. Try a workout or a nice brisk walk around the block. Also - have you had your Vitamin D and thyroid levels checked? Just a thought, if you feel excessivly tired, there may be an underlying culprit. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
hmd 7 Posted August 1, 2012 I have had everything checked, thyroid good, all systems go. Also, getting PLENTY of sleep. I will try the walking more (kinda tough around here, it's really, really hot here in the southeast). I work at a school and regularly walk all over campus daily in my work.
