I am 7 days post-op and beginning to thoroughly enjoy my new adventure. Current diet's a bit restricting and I do have to learn when to stop!! I've had a love affair with food for many years so now my husband reaps the benefit while I chow down on Protein Shakes.< /p>

Would love someone to compare notes with.
