Lasagna. Ick!

11 mos post op and ate lasagna for the first time. Omg. I feel horrible. Not stuck, full. I ate too much and the pain is getting worse. My back hurts. I feel miserable. When will this horrible pain end?!?

I love(d) lasagna. I eat it once in a great while when I really have a craving for it. But a couple of bites and I'm done.

One of the tricks is to learn when to quit because too full can be just a miserable as stuck!

It will go away as soon as it pass' through your band or you vomit.

Live and learn but remember you can eat lasagna. It might only be 4 or 5 bites but I have learned it can satisfy just as easily as 2 full pieces did!

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
