Yesterday morning, I pulled into a parking garage and purposely drove to an upper level so i would have to climb stairs to get to my car! That has NEVER happened before. I was always one to find the shortest & flattest route!

Good job!! I find that I park furthest away from where I need to be. Any added steps really help!!

I don't mind general walking or even walking UP stairs. I have a bad knee however and try to avoid walking DOWN stairs. I fell going down the stairs at work on time. The elevator at my work parking garage is the SLOWEST!
