harmony11 37 Posted August 1, 2012 1) Tomato basil 1 can crushed tomatoes (the big one) 10 Roma tomatoes (seeded and chopped) Cook those for about 30 minutes. Purée them. Add in half a block of reduced fat cream cheese. Mix until blended. Add a cup of low fat milk and fresh basil.
