the day after I went to seminar and met my doc I started logging everything I ate and joined Curves. Start to make some changes, even small ones. Anything you can do will make you feel better and get you ready for surgery!

You are going to have lots to do for the next months - be patient with yourself and all the questions you will have to answer again and again. It is all for the cause!
