how sweet....... thank you so much for the kind words I am so excited today I can barely stand it. I kept trying to figure out why this has me so thrilled but last night I was laying in my bed trying to ignore my grumbling stomach and it hit me I feel like dealing with my weight over the years has been so hopeless and I had just given up and now I am so HOPEFUL so I'm not scared I am ready to get moving on to my new skinny healthier self I will let you know how I am doing

I got for seminar august 28 .... I wish everyone good luck on a new journey and successful surgery ... plz don't be a stranger to let me know how it went I'm so nervous and debating

One more week to go. Already lost 18 lbs on 2 weeks of liquid diet. I want something to eat so bad, but I don't want anything to delay my surgery, so I'm hanging in there. Good luck to everyone going to surgery tomorrow. Sending positive vibes into the Cosmos!
