Just got home from the hospital. I had some complications and had to stay a night. :-(. My heart rate elevated just as I was waking up and then my blood pressure bottomed out and they had to keep waking me up to tell me to breath. I've never had a problem with anesthesia before. The Dr. said it was probably a fluke but if I ever notice my heart fluttering then u would need to see a cardiologists. I'm swollen and sore but feel fine otherwise. My Dr. said the surgery itself went great. I only had Clear Liquids today. I'm pretty sure I got more than 64 oz. in and I walked up and down the hallways at the hospital.

My nutritionist recommended Viactiv soft chews. I'm taking the regular Multivitamin in the morning and the Calcium with D three times a day. They have a few different flavors, but I love the milk chocolate... they taste like soft tootsie rolls. Yummy!

My 10 day liquid diet starts Sunday, I been practicing for 4 weeks now by cutting 95% of my normal caffeine intake and while I was already on diet soda we cut those down by 75% we had the last caffeine free diet Dr Pepper a few nights ago...and having Protein Shakes for Breakfast and lunch, then whatever for dinner... Lost close to 10lbs

I'm going to have a few fun meals before Sunday..I'm Not going crazy but I want a good diner breakfast tomorrow morning, and home cooked steak dinner.< /p>
