Question From Women To Men

Recommended Posts

Well my curiosity obviously wondered off to these men fourms. Okay well guys are always supposed to be the ones that always want sex correct? ... well that's not my case :( I always have to start of the sexual interaction I have to nthrope one that starts kissing and etc... my husband does nothing. I even put on sexy out fits and heels and do my hair and cook a meal for my husband so when he gets home from work he gets turned on and what not and all I get is a babe you look nice. I dontthink its my physical.... I'm 19 I don't want to sound cocky because I'm not at all but when I go anywhere people are always staring at me and blowing me kisses I have a veryy nice curvy body and I'm tall and I have nice hair and a cute face I don't know. What is up with guys ... help?

Well I guess that depends on a few things. How old is your husband? Has he always been this way? Perhaps he suffers from low testosterone or just has a low sex drive. It's rare for young men, but possible. Does her work a physically or mentally demanding job. I speak from experience when I say that sex drive can fluctuate based on work stress. My previous job was so stressful I never initiated sex...I was too tense and worried. Now that I have my current job and been here almost 10 years...I have a very high sex drive and its getting even higher as I lose weight. IS your husband overweight? That can also be a factor. I know its hard not to take it personally, but before you do I would look into these factors. I'm sure there are other things I'm not thinking of, but hopefully some one else can chime in. Feel free to ask me any questions. I'll be glad to help out.

Hi Yannet,

Xsentric is right on the money. Also, I assume because of your age that you haven't been married for too long, how was he (sexually) before getting married?

Well I'm 19 and he's 23... he has a good job good hours he sleeps plentyand he weights around 170. He looks fit. And healthy. It might be his job that is stress full but any tips on how I can help him?

I would suggest talking to him first. Let him know how you feel. Find out if maybe there is something that bothers him or that has him preoccupied. If there is, then just ask him what you can do to help him. Most men won't ask for help so you'll have to let him know how much you love him and that you only want to make him happy. Hopefully, he'll open up to you. If it is a low sex drive or testosterone then maybe he would be willing to go see a Dr. They can help with that.

Go to a nudist camp and let it all hang out for a weekend of R&R.

It's worth a try,

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
