not sure that this was a good idea today hasbeen bad not sure if it slipped back hurts shoulders hurt stomach wont settle down so i can sleep maybe i overate alot?just hurts yup tried gas x got a cold on top of that with fires close can the smog bother the band

How long ago were you banded? There are some awful days. You can get through this and you'll be ok - just keep doing what you're doing and be careful about over eating if you think that was it. I don't know about the smog. Sending my thoughts and prayers that you'll feel better soon.

thanks i slept and it helped after nyquil ambien and lortab im sure it was over eating but im not feeling full banded july 9 thank u for listening
