Hello everyone, I am new here and I'm so glad I found this sight. My name is Ruffian and I am due to have the Lap band done this Friday. Wow, you are so close to start your new journey. I have to wait 13 days for mine but I'm so ready. I will also go Lapband and I hope to use this tool as best as I can. I'm tired of a big yo-yo that I've been on for years. I have all my food products ready for the first month and 6 months of chewable Vitamins.

Good luck to all of you. I have been banded over 2 yrs and it was the best decision I have ever made. Have patience, ask lots of questions and follow the band rules.
