Ruffian 18 Posted July 26, 2012 Hello everyone, I am new here and I'm so glad I found this sight. My name is Ruffian and I am due to have the Lap band done this Friday. I am new to the Jacsonville are and would like to talk to some of the Florida people but it said I needed a password. Any kind of info and or advice I am all ears. Thanks for reading. I will also go Lapband and I hope to use this tool as best as I can. I'm tired of a big yo-yo that I've been on for years. I have all my food products ready for the first month and 6 months of chewable Vitamins. Best wishes on your band day, Ruffian. Check in and tell us how you're feeling. You will soon find the members on this site to be encouraging, reassuring and inspirational.
