xxoxoheatheroxox 11 Posted September 25, 2012 I had to have documentation of attempted weight loss.. Weight recorded.. And blood pressure recorded with my pcm.. he also wrote tricare a letter..I started the process in May and got banded yesterday. Approval once submitted only took 3 days but the letter going to my surgeon took a little over a week. Good luck with everything 1 SinCityGal reacted to this

Camillia 16 Posted August 23, 2020 Hi Sam! For me the process was pretty quick even with the many appointments Tricare required of me. I started the paperwork towards the end of March and had surgery 8/18. I had something to do with every week. My longest period of waiting was 3 weeks and that was for insurance final approval. Good luck to you!
