I like isopure...25 grams of Protein in every scoop. I like to do two scoops in the morning with skin milk for even more protein. Then I don't have to worry throuout the day if I will get enough...and zero carbs in the powder.< /p>

My nutritionist says my body will only digest 20-30 grms of Protein a meals any more than this is just a waiste!

I was also told your body can only absorb 20-30 grams of Protein an hour.
