Prefer? Sorry confused. I prefer Marzettis pomegranate vinaigrette dressing on salad with spinach leaves, pecans, a few dried cranberries, and low fat feta cheese crumbles. This is almost duplicate of the Wendy's chicken salad. I love this!!!!

I use mostly salsa with everything. I also LOVE hummus but transitioned it from a side that I dip veggies in, into my Protein portion of my meal because it's higher fat and calorie...I was spending a lot of calories on just a condiment! Salsa is my staple though!

Mashed avocado is good on sandwiches. I use mayo (full fat kind) and ranch dressing on everything.
