I finally to 189! But its been so slow... I go to the gym 5 days a week. I eat 850-1000 calories per day and track! I do need to increase my Water for sure-so hard to remember to drink. Busy with a little one. I am wondering if I need another fill.... last time they were almost not going to because I dont get hungry very fast. I can eat more than a cup but they said thats not the "tell all". I dont want to get too tight.

Woo!! Hit 70lb. Yay! Set a goal to hit it by my birthday...made it 2 days early:). So happy. I added 150 calories and extra Protein 3 days ago and lost 3.2!

Today is 6 months since I was banded. Down 61 since. 73 including pre op. So crazy! 42 til goal. Seems more obtainable now:). Hope everyone else is doing great and feeling amazing!
