I was banded 7/26 and had a glass of white wine this week. Didnt feel a thing (would have actually liked to feel a little buzz) I'm very stubborn and usually break all rules in some way. Im just bad like that but I try to be good

Have a glass of wine, or even have a mixed drink, dont have the beer! I waited a month, keep in mind you are not in the green zone yet! Im going out this weekend and im restricted as of 8.1.12. Im going to drink very slowly tonight, very very slowly. Like anything else try it in moderation all of our bodies react different
