hmd 7 Posted July 19, 2012 2nd Day of real-ish food and NO PROBLEMS!!! Struggling to meet protein/calorie goal because I'm NOT ever hungry ?? Foods I enjoy (healthy of course) still smell good.., just really NOTot interested. Anyone else have this? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Mayasgram 351 Posted July 19, 2012 Wait for your hunger it will come until then drink your liquids and enjoy, after Lap band if you are lucky you don't have to eat because the clock says it's time to. I eat 3 cups a day when my stomach says it needs to and I stop when it says its full. In the long term it all evens out. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
missthaaaang 9 Posted July 19, 2012 I agree with the other poster. Make the most of this time (lose as much as you can now!) and just eat what your body is telling you that you should. Also, make sure you stay hydrated that is a must. We got fat by not listening to our bodies. Drink your Water constantly (a sip, a sip, another sip) and eat when you feel hungry and you'll do great.
