hopingtobebandedsoon 89 Posted July 20, 2012 so yesterday i started using it like it already...confused though because i logged my work out calories burned and they give u those as though u can eat the calories u burned its no way im goin all those caloroes..kinda confused me...any input? You can choose to eat your workout calories or not I need them occasionally but try to stay within my 1100calories each day without the exercise calories. Choosing not to eat them will usually increase your weight loss You can set how much weight you want to lose each week and it will give you how many calories you can eat each day.
