Lose100 178 Posted July 19, 2012 I wouldn't worry about 1 pound. Sometimes my weight fluctuates daily by 3 lbs. My doctor said this is normal. But here are a few things to consider. It could be muscle gain if you are excersing. Are you following your dr's orders for eating? Could it be Water retention? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
