Need A Defill And Scared.

I know I 100% need a defill, but I'm a little freaked out about it. I'm only 10lbs away from onderland!!!

They are going to take .5cc's out this afternoon. It kind of seems like a lot.

It will be so nice to eat solid foods again. It all began with a case of gastro in May but this heat has done me in.

I'm scared!!!

Nothing to be scared of, if anything, not having an over-filled band will help. Too often when someone's band is too tight they rely on slider foods because they can't eat real food, and more often than not, slider foods are fat and calorie loaded. Plus, having a band too tight can lead to slips, so it's a good thing you're having a little removed.

Plus, remember, as time goes on you can always slowly have more added again. That's the beauty of the band, there is lots of room to work with.

I totally get your fear...it took me over a year to get to onederland and I only got there by accident cuz I was too tight..dropped 18 pounds in 2 weeks..I knew I would gain some back when I got an unfill and so far i've only got back 4 pounds in almost a week and a half but I know 2 of those are die to TOM..but u will feel so much better and be losing the healthy way..
