Congrats I've Lost 12 lbs but I'm still on purée and not quite two weeks out .. Imagine I will gain slightly when I start eating

20 lbs, that's great. There really isn't a normal because everybody is different. Some lose a lot in the beginning. The average is 1-2 lbs per week.

Ive lost 12 pounds since surgery june 18 feeling good about that..20 pounds is awesome!!!
