Crispaholic 7 Posted July 17, 2012 You will gain for a week or two.....but give it a month before you start weighing....plus muscle weights heavier than fat....so watch what exercises you are doing... a marathon runner is so thin but a sprinter is huge and full of muscle....swimming is great for losing weight without bulking up.....
