proverbdoll 1 Posted July 17, 2012 Ladies i am in need of some support in order to move forward. I've had my first fil and will need another one for certain because I'm not staying full. I havent lost anything in weeks and I am really frustrated because I am doing everything that I am supposed to and am in my mind right now not making progress. I really could use someone who will be a support system, especially since we don't have support groups in my area. 1 TiffanyMcarroll reacted to this
TiffanyMcarroll 14 Posted July 17, 2012 Feel free to write anytime, I am trying to get some good support systems going. Be patient with your self, you are not in your green zone yet so your not restricted. You should try eating slow, setting down each bite after taking. avoid high carb sugar, and empty calorie liquides. you must burn more calories then you intake. So if you do make mistakes make up with exercise. 2 ☠carolinagirl☠ and proverbdoll reacted to this
fericito 138 Posted July 17, 2012 I would love a good support system too. Please try not to get discouraged - remember this isn't bypass, it isn't a quick fix but it can be a lifelong one. And many people have mentioned it takes several fills to get restriction... I know that's so frustrating but keep up the good work and the results WILL come. 1 proverbdoll reacted to this

proverbdoll 1 Posted July 18, 2012 So today was a better day, I didn't feel quite so alone today and that really helps. I haven't told but a handful of people about my band and sometimes it's a bit of a burden to keep to yourself. I have a very small (like 5 people) support group if friends and my husband who actually know, the decision not to tell just worked for my situation. I'm glad though that I can still find support with those who are actually going through the process as well.
