For me it comes and goes. right now I have it (just had a fill). So I have something warm to drink before each meal.

I can't eat when I'm too too hungry, tired or at a high level of stress because I'll mess up one or more of the rules and get stuck

Found out that if you are having SINUS issues- this is creates havock on that swallow,,, once I started treating the sinus post-nasal etc. I was alble to swallow easier again. I am very short so my new tighter jeans also seem to give me issues on swallowing,
