I want to use Spivak for lap banding, but learned that he is out of network for Cigna. so that is another insurance company. So now I am checking to see if Dr. Naaman is still in network.

Just got a letter in the mail from UHC stating that Dr. Spivak is no longer in their network. But, I have out of network coverage, so I am good!
