2012 359 Posted July 15, 2012 It's not as bad as it is probably in your head, at least for me it was not. I was really nervous, scared, and hate needles, blood, and all that kind of fun stuff, so even getting the IV was hectic But you will get through it and the sooner you get up and walk after surgery the better you will feel. They had me in this chair right after and when I woke up I wanted to cry and then got mad and then cry again, but that's the anesthesia come to find out, I was wondering what in the world was wrong with me. I was sore, but not excruciating pain or anything, but when I got up and walked, I felt a hundred times better. 1 Kflower84 reacted to this
Wtloss 75 Posted July 15, 2012 All will go well Jen. Enjoy and relax today. Then rest when you get home, except for your walking. I started in the house and progressed to the yard and now I am walking 2 miles daily. My surgery was 6/25/12. I will be thinking of you tomorrow. Let us know how it goes
