Just wanted to say that finding this forum has been a huge relief. Thank you all for sharing your experiences both pre and post op. being a preop in waiting has been exciting but also very anxiety inducing , especially having zero experince in the way of any prior surgeries or hospital stays. Being able to read everyone's stories usually puts my anxiety to rest when it starts to creep up. So thanks again!

You're most welcome! I agree with what you have shared...this forum has a community of bandsters who share their ideas, share emotional support and experiences. There is a wealth of first hand experience and knowledge here.

Anxiety can be immobilizing if it gets out of control...it's good to read that you have been able to benefit from the individuals on the forum now on their weight loss journey.
