abs6angels 36 Posted July 15, 2012 I would like to know if everyone follows the 3 meals or 6 small ones/daily. 2muchfun 8,927 Posted July 15, 2012 My wife, who is not banded and is only 15 lbs overweight now, went on this cleansing diet where she at only organic veggies and fruit for a week, lost 7 lbs. pink dahlia 2,513 Posted July 15, 2012 i follow myfitnesspal and try to keep to 1400 cals daily. That bein said, i eat when im hungry, and eat healthy 95% of the time.
