illinoisGal 1 Posted July 14, 2012 I had my surgery 11 days ago and had some pain on my left side near my port. The pain reduced a lot but now I have a lot of pain in this area again. It feels like it is even more painful then before. Is this normal? I have been doing a lot of errands and standing the last few days. I could barely bend last night when I went to bed. elcee 3,342 Posted July 14, 2012 I am sure that it is probably fine but if you are worried then you should not hesitate to contact your Dr. You need to remember that you have just had surgery and healing takes a while so take care of yourself and don't try to do too much too soon.
