OCNYMom 6 Posted July 14, 2012 I know that we aren't supposed to drink when we eat and not to drink 30 minutes before a meal and 30 minutes after. My question is.....does that only apply to solid food or does it apply to the soft/mushy stage as well? I have two more days left on just Protein Shakes and liquids....mushy never sounded so good!!!! Mayasgram 351 Posted July 14, 2012 For me that was the hardest habit to break I drank lot of lots of ice tea unsweet with my meals but it is a Lapband rule so just get use to it and do it from the start.
