Well, sometimes it can take a couple of days for the fill to settle in, I don't know why. There is nothing you can do about what you have eaten; you can only move forward. Try to stick to your eating plan; that's the way to lose the weight.

i find that the more Protein i eat , the less i crave sweets. And i have a serious sweet tooth ! when i do need something sweet im just as happy with a low cal/low fat item. Skinny Cow or Weight Watchers ice cream is the best, or a piece or 2 of Weight watchers candy . Good luck !

I had my second fill yesterday...I have 5cc in my 10cc band. When I went yesterday I told my doc that my tummy was aching/hurting since Tuesday. I was worried that maybe my band had slipped. He told me that I would know that my band slipped because of refux, severe pains and some vomiting. So he made me feel better about that but I'm still wondering why I'm still having the pain/uncomfortable feeling that I'm having. Anyways has anyone else had this pain? Thanks
