I am starting my 2 week preop liquid Optifast diet tomorrow! Excited and a little scared. Anyone else have to drink the Optifast shakes preop?

I start 7/18, I just picked up my Optifast today. I'm going to do 3 shakes, 2 bars and 1 Soup a day. The nutritionist also said I could have sugar free Jello, popsicles and crystal light. I'm scheduled to be banded 8/1. Good luck!
