allik07 29 Posted July 12, 2012 I don't think I was ever told how many calories a day I am supposed to be eating. Right now I am eating my 1/2 cup portions and then I move up to a cup per meal... So should I worry about calories right now since I'm eating so little. Or do I need to count them now and stay under a certain number like 600, 800, 500 calories a day?? sylviau 125 Posted July 12, 2012 you were just banded right? i was banded july 2. and they say that for the first few weeks not to worry much about the weightloss, but on getting 100% better. as for calories... each dr is different. follow whatever he says. my doctor hasn't mentioned calories... he only gave me these limits: at least 70 g of Protein 30-50 g carbs 20-30 g fat Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
