I think this is very inspirational and motivational. As someone who is in the process and going thru the formalities and at one time, long ago, being athletically built and healthy, the heavy anvil that is lifted as the weight come off is such a great boost for the self esteem. Hopefully I'll be a Hundred Clubber!

I have just recently lost 100 lbs!!!!! About 60 lbs still to go.

I posted about this earlier under the general discussion forum but thought it would be very fitting here. I have continued to 'reward' myself appropriately throughout my journey as I have seen others do. I wanted to do something special though for hitting 100 lbs - so instead of rewarding myself I decided to do something for others.

In honor of 100 lbs gone forever - I donated 100 lbs of food to my local food bank.

I would like to challenge some of you to do the same - Celebrate by helping others!
