I Recommend isapure. It is amazing and not milky like all those other Protein shakes! I got mine at the Vitamin shop. Pricy but worth it!

hi, I am at Day 2 post op. Feeling better-- most of the gas have gone away. Now that I'm onto Clear Liquids but I'm afraid to drink too much. How much of the Protein Drinks and Jello, etc can I have at one time. I've started with 2 spoonfuls of jello at a time but definitely not enough for me. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Don't be afraid of drinking too much, just drink small sips. I kept my drink in my Hand all day. I don't eat Jello so it was mostly Protein drinks and Water.< /p>
