I WAS BANDED JUNE 15, I STARTED AT 210, AND NOW I AM DOWN TO 190. YESTERDAY I STARTED WALKING 1 HOUR A DAY, I WEGHTED MY SELF YESTERDAY I WAS 190. TODAY I AM 195. IS THAT POSSIBLE!!!!! I HAVE NOT GOT ANY FILLS YET BUT I EXPERIENCED PB. MY FIRST FILL IS JULY 19. HELP PLEASE

Your weight can vary 5-6 lbs a day depending on what you ate, when you weighed yourself? It's quite easy to gain 5 lbs just by eating too much sodium or carbs. Most of the initial weight you lose is just Water. You'll really only lose 2-8 lbs of "fat" a month but you can lose or gain much more water weight in the initial phase. I'm no expert on female conditions but I also understand you can gain weight during your period? So, it's no big deal. You may lose that lbs of water over the next few days as long as you control your intake of carbs and sodium.

As hard as it can be try NOT to weigh yourself everyday (unless you think you have not been eating healthy). I try to only weigh myself once or twice a week and when I do I try to do it at the same time of day...in the morning before I eat... and wear the same clothes. That helps cut down on variances we have throughout the day. Also if my rings are feeling tight I figure I may be retaining Water and skip the weigh in. It's a lot easier psychologically to not see a number that is higher than it is to see the number but know it is probably just water weight.

With the weather most of the country has been having, I would say blame it on the heat!
