lawismylife 41 Posted July 10, 2012 You can get acid reflux if your band is too tight or you go to bed too soon after eating.
elcee 3,341 Posted July 10, 2012 For some reason this is something that seems to occur for no apparent reason. You possibly need some Fluid removed.
Melissa76tx 22 Posted July 10, 2012 I am experiencing the exact same problem you are. I've been blessed this long that I haven't had any problems. Three nights ago, all of a sudden, it hit me and it hit me hard!! I haven't had any heartburn or reflux since before surgery. I did have a hernia repaired during surgery. I've put myself back on liquids for a few days to see if it helps...I guess only time will tell
highland 168 Posted July 10, 2012 I stop eating after dinner, around 6:30pm, and go to bed around midnight. If I eat beyond that I run the risk of having acid reflux at night. It's a great motivater to stop night time snacking!!

It's a great motivater to stop night time snacking!! I agree. thats even good for anyone with reflux before the band...eat at 6 or 630pm and dont go to bed until like 11pm. Now if you go workout a couple hours after eating...that would help as well. 1 sherry44 reacted to this
