Diva Down 26 Posted July 9, 2012 how many carbs do you take in daily? I use my fitness pal... And I rarely do the recommended. I usually average 50 per day. My guilty pleasure is 1/2 oz of Cheetos early in the day... I know its bad but I compensate with super healthy meal choices!!! It's all about portions and balancing it out!!! DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted July 9, 2012 You're going to get a lot of different answers from that question because we're all told different things from our surgeons and nutritionists. I am supposed be eating no more than 125g of carb daily, per my nutritionist. Most here tend to do very low carb, I however don't go low carb and still do well. Perfect example of how everyone's body and needs are different.
Jachut 487 Posted July 9, 2012 Im not a low carber, because i e never really felt it necessary to cut them completely, and i lost a lot if weight very successfully. I start my day with a bowl of oatmeal, or muesli. lunch does tend to be lower carb, Soup or a salad. dinner is sometimes Pasta or includes potato or rice. Diva Down 26 Posted July 9, 2012 I thought I was being super naughty on the days I take in 70 carbs.... I'm am open to try different approaches, but funny thing is, when I intake more carbs, I lose more ounces to pounds of weight loss.
highland 168 Posted July 9, 2012 I'm very insulin resistent so I try to stay under 30 per day. But that's just me. My only carbs come from dairy and veggies.
