Burning Sensation

I am going in for my first fill on Monday do not want anything to get in the way of that happening. I am having a burning sensation below where I think the band is (just above my waist.) I know you are not doctors but has anyone had this sensation. I am not sure I want to tell the doctor or he might not do my fill.
