Sojourner 2,446 Posted July 7, 2012 There is a formula to determine what your daily Protein goal should be...and that range of number of daily Protein grams should have been given to you during your pre op nutrition education. It would be helpful to contact your surgeon's office or nutritionist to let you know what your goal should be. If you don't get enough protein, it will slow your weight loss.
