Fran Warren 4 Posted July 6, 2012 I am self pay. But don't even get to see my surgeon until July 17th. My cost includes EVERYTHING I am told and fills up to one year.

ddrobins 58 Posted July 6, 2012 I'm self pay also. Everything included in cost of surgery. Also covered for 5 yrs of checkups, fills, nutrition counseling and in the event of the lap band needing to be removed for a medical reason. I'm covered for that also. Do you mind discussing price. I'm paying 16,000.00 and like I say, this is all inclusive.
