Fish Recipe????

Recommended Posts

I really like tilapia, and now that I have a new George Forman grill (yeah..I know its cheesy but it works. LOL.), its easier to cook it. I sprinkle some Mrs. Dash, a little garlic powder and sometimes some seasoned salt on my tilapia fillets. Then I spray the hot grill with olive oil cooking spray. Pop those babies on the grill. It takes them very little time to cook. I like to have a bit of a brown sear on mine, so I probably overcook them...but its so good, easy, few calories, lots of Protein.< /p>

I am a total foodie and love this recipe for ease of cooking.

Peel seed and chop one cumcumber. Mix with greek yogurt, chopped garlic, and dill. Set to the side.

Cut up salmon into small portions. Think of how much you can eat. Make some bigger ones if you have a significant other. Place a piece of salmon in the middle of a piece of foil and top with yogurt cucumber mixture. Fold foil over making a pouch, sealing edges so no steam escapes. Bake in a 375 degree oven approximately 12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. TA-DA! yumyumyum!

I'm so used to eating my Granny's fried fish! I'm from south GA. This sounds good, will have to give it a try.

CS2388, the only fish I ever ate as a child were the ones caught out of a small stream like blue gill perch or small trout and they were all fried! This one gives you a great Protein in the fish and the yogurt with a little crunch thrown in from the cucmumber. Love it!

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
